DESCRIPTION:Our event season begins with the Spirit of Vincennes\, one of our largest events featuring encampments\, battle\, artillery\, and horse demonstrations\, and a festival area with food\, entertainment\, and activities for the whole family. On the historic site of Fort Sackville\, now the George Rogers Clark National Historic Park. \nThe George Rogers Clark National Historical Park and the Spirit of Vincennes\, Inc. join with the N.W.T.A. for this regional event. The 8th Regiment of Foot proudly serves as host unit. \nAdmission charged for festival grounds; free to walk the NWTA military encampment on National Park grounds. \nSee http://spiritofvincennes.org for additional information and the schedule of events.
